Using Hajj Money For Another Need
Hello
My brother’s name selected in Hajj. And he also planned to go abroad for higher study. Now the situation is he has passed his interview in uni. Now there are two option either he can go to hajj while loosing his chance to go abroad and vice versa
So my question is, if this (hajj) money can be refunded and can my parents use for their umrah?

Yes, it is not compulsory to go to Hajj if something needs to be attended to immediately. The money can be used for any other purpose.
