Lipstick During Fasting
Assalamu Alaikum, when a woman is fasting is she allowed to apply vaseline, Chapstick, liquid lipsticks or even ones that are not liquid like a lip liner? The taste may be in the mouth. Sometimes one accidentally licks their lips and the taste goes in the mouth, is this permissible? Is there any evidence in Quran or Sunnah, if so please provide. JazakAllahu Khairan

Deen is easy; it does not bother about trivialities. For example, during fasting, a Muslim rinses his or her mouth. A small amount of water stays in the mouth and on the lips, but it does not affect the fast. You can apply this easiness to lipstick and other things like that.
