Dear respected Javed Ahmad Ghamidi Sahib (or respected team at Al-Mawrid / Ghamidi Center),
    Assalamu alaikum.
I hope you are well.I was negligent for a long time and did not pray regularly or follow basic Islamic teachings. Recently, your videos motivated me to start performing salah consistently. Alhamdulillah, I am rebuilding my practice step by step.
Please guide me on these points according to your understanding of the Quran and Sunnah:
1- What are the minimum essential dhikr, actions, and pillars (arkan) required for salah to be valid and fulfill its fard obligation? (e.g., specific takbirs, Surah Al-Fatihah, etc.—without which it would not be accepted.)
2- As someone restarting after a long break, is it sufficient initially to focus only on the five daily fard prayers (with correct rak’ahs), adding sunnah/nafl later? Or must other elements be included from the start for the fard to be complete?
Your guidance would help me and others greatly. Thank you for clarifying the deen.
    JazakAllah khair.
    Wassalamu alaikum.

Man is accountable for only fard prayers.

The compulsory Dhikr in prayer is reciting Fatiha and a pert of Qur’an with it and Takbeer ( Allah o Akabr) for transition from one posture to another.

In ruku you recite the praise of God and the rest of is open for dua durood and other Dhikr of your own choice. You can do these dhikr and dua in your own language.

3, 4, and 5 are compulsory. Recite a part of the Quran after Fatiah in all rakat.

Part of quran after fatiha in all rakat? Even third and fourth?

Bcz we are always taught to add a part of quran after fatiha in first 2 rakat and only fatiha in 3rd and 4th. Plz clarify. Jazakallah
