Salaam,
Brothers I want to know the zakah calculation about commercial property. I have a commercial property which give me rent monthly and there is another commercial property which I use as office which is not on rent.
Tell me how much zakah I have to pay.
Value of property 2.5% yearly + 10% monthly on actual rent? And the property which is not giving me rent I have to pay 2.5% annually which I’m using for personal work.
Kindly help
