Sajda Sahw
Asalam u Alaikum,
I would like to seek clarification regarding a matter in my prayer. During one rak‘ah, I was unsure whether I had performed one sajdah or two. To be safe, I performed an additional sajdah with the intention of completing the requirement and planned to perform Sajda Sahw at the end of the prayer. However, I unintentionally forgot to perform Sajda Sahw.
Could you please advise whether my prayer is still valid, or if I need to repeat it?

If you remember the missing sajda sehw before the time of the prayer expires you can perform only sajda sehw. If the time is gone, then it is gone. You don’t need to do anything. It is not your fault.
