Case 2:And if he touches the women with lust?
Can he marry her daughter?
And if hurmat established from hanfi fiqh?And the girl he is marrying in her area hanfi fiqh follows but she don’t know about fiqh much.

Hurmast establishes when intercourse or penetration is done with Nikah. See the words in the verse: 4: 23, Dakhaltum bin Hinna. دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ

So it mean it does not matter what the fiqa of the girl is?
Because in hanfi fiqh they are strict like even touching I don’t know if they have any valid Hadith or just doing قیاس
