How to distribute the estae of a deceased having no children and parents survive at the time of his death. He had 1 wife, 1 brother and 3 sisters full (the same father and mother). His brother died before him leaving 8 sons and three daughters behind-all are alive. His one of three sisters is still alive having no kids. His died sisters collectively had 6 daughters and 2 son. (One of his full sister was married twice and had one son and daughter from his ex husband after remarrying, she had 2 daughters only. Note that in 6 daughtes and 2 sons all are included.) Deceased’s fathrer’s real full brother had also two duaghters and 2 sons currently surviving while his 2 cousins are died before his death.

You may use our inheritance calculator to find out the share.

The wife will get 1/8 of the estate and the rest will be distributed among the siblings. The brothers will get double of the share of the sisters thefore The children of the deceased brother will get the share of their father. The paertnal uncle of the deceased will get no share.

Thank you for your response sir. Actually, to use calculator and enter the inputs correctly, one must have the knowledge who is eligible and who isn’t. Also, one thing I missed is that the deceased has one “adopted son” in this case, does the sharehloders position changes?
