Salaam, I’m a henna artist and I got an inquiry by a lesbian couple who want their henna done by me for their wedding, they also want to book me to do all the guests henna (all females), thats 3 days in a row for their events.
Because this wedding is a major sin, will I be sinful for being a part of it by doing their henna?

No you will be not sinfull you are just doing your work, it is just like you are doing henna work in a non Muslim wedding for example a Hindu wedding ceremony.
You are not liable what they are doing.
But wait for Dr. Irfan Shahzad reply,

You may be right but a hindu wedding is not inherently wrong, their individual beliefs are, hence I do many non muslim weddings.
In this case, the wedding itself is a sin, so I think everyone involved will be sinful.
