When some human beings will be punished for their sins and sent to hell, on the Day of Qiyamat, will Allah swt forgive them after they have served the Duration of their punishment and will Allah swt give them another chance to go to heaven?

There are some sins such as murder that can earn eternal hell as per the Quran.

So it will depend on the gravity of the sin? Some killings are done in a fit of temper where the person loses his faculties temporarily,
where as another murder is done like a planned rape and killing the person afterwards to hide the crime. Such persons will definitely remain in hell eternally in my opinion

Yes of course, we know that not even the tiniest bit of injustice will be served, so we should be assured that if a person deserves any leniency it will be given to them.
