Surah Zilzaal – Burdens Of The Earth
When the earth is shaken the way it will be shaken,1 and when it casts forth its burdens.2 And man shall cry out: “What is the matter with her?” On that day, she will narrate all her story3 at the intimation of your Lord.4 (1-5)
. The implication is that the earth will expel from within it all buried people, treasures as well as testimonies of crimes.
Why are the buried people, treasures and testimonies of crimes classed as burdens?
Testimonies of crime could be burdens because the Earth is holding such deep secrets- that makes sense.
The buried people are burdens because their own limbs and consciences hold the testimonies of their crimes- and this is a burden for the Earth because the crimes are heinous. Or the people buried were wicked.
Why is treasure a burden- because people fight over it and cause war etc?
Please correct me if my analysis anywhere was wrong.

According to my knowledge your analysis is correct. Here is the explanation of this ayah taken from Tafhim ul Quran by Maulana Maududi, which is also in harmony with your understanding of this ayah.
(2) A third meaning has also been given by some commentators, saying that it will cast out the treasures of gold, silver, jewels and every kind of wealth lying hidden in the earth’s belly and man will see it and realize how he thirsted for these things in the world, how he committed murders, thefts, robberies and piracies in the land and sea, usurped the rights of others, waged wars and devastated vast populations. On that Day all that will lie heaped up before him, yet of no avail, but will rather become a means of punishment for him.

Then bring out spark of fire from stones by striking their hoops
Then devastate at morning
Then at time, they raise clouds of dust.
Then penetrate into the center of the forces of enemy
Undoubtedly, man is greatly unthankful to his Lord.
And undoubtedly, he is himself a witness over it.
And undoubtedly, he is strong in the love of wealth.
Does he not know when those that are in graves shall be raised?
And that which is in the breasts shall be opened?
Undoubtedly, their Lord on that day is fully aware of them.
