Jizyah For Non-Muslims In A Muslim State
What will be the status of a Non muslim in Islamic State ?Will he be considered as second class citizen ?
What taxation system will be applied to him there?
Will he have to give jizya or any other form of tax or the same as muslims like zakat?

Jizyah was imposed as a punishment upon those people of the Book who were among the direct addressees of prophet SAW after they had denied Islam despite recognizing it as truth. It has nothing to do with present day non-Muslims. Please see the following ayah of the Quran:
Quran 9:29
Fight against those among the people of the Book who neither believe in God nor in the Last Day, and who do not forbid what God and His Prophet have forbidden and do not accept the religion of truth as their own religion, until they pay jizyah out of subjugation and lead a life of submission.
