It is a well known attribution to isa عليه السلام that he described his blood as wine. And I think he maybe even had some in the last supper according to Christianity. Is it true?

In Bible wine is the word used for both fermented and unfermented grape juice. It was a common drink of theirs and it was not alcoholic. To distinguish between alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks the Bible uses at time two different words: wine and strong wine. A like of it we find in Arab culture. It was Nabeez, a drink prepared by soaking dates in water and also when ferments it turns into a sort of intoxicant which is not allowed.

The old testament made alcohol Haram so Jesus could no way allow it.

Great explanation from brother Irfan. This goes along with what Allah says in Quran that in heaven there will be wine, but it will not intoxicate the person.

I think that wine Refers to actual wine but it’s just in a way that won’t intoxicate. Because the fact it won’t intoxicate is explicitly mentioned in surah waqiah
