    66:12 How Could فيه Refer To فرج?

    At-Tahrim – 66:12

    Arabic

    وَمَرۡيَمَ ٱبۡنَتَ عِمۡرَٰنَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَحۡصَنَتۡ فَرۡجَهَا فَنَفَخۡنَا فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِنَا وَصَدَّقَتۡ بِكَلِمَٰتِ رَبِّهَا وَكُتُبِهِۦ وَكَانَتۡ مِنَ ٱلۡقَٰنِتِينَ

    How could the فيه refer to the private parts of Maryam عليها السلام? It doesn’t seem very appropriate for something to be in the Quran?

    Farj refers to the parts of body which need special care to be taken of.

      Yes- so the sexual organs if I’m not incorrect. Doesn’t this seem a bit inappropriate?

    blow might have come from a distance. we dont know how it actually happened.
