Does God Need Rest?
In the Bible, it says that God rested after creation (Genesis 2:2). Why would God need to rest??it makes no sense after reading Quran

Bible is not authentic nor is it the direct word of Allah. Also its authenticity is not protected by Allah. The verse you mentioned may not be authentic or could have been translated wrong. Also, to my understanding the current Bible is more like a collection of Hadith. Also there are 60 quite distinct versions of bible. According to Quran, if you look at the translation of Ayatul Kursi, it responds to the what you mentioned in the bible.
