Hope you are well. There is a question relevant to khula acquired by a woman from her husband. Whether there is any limitation period for Ruju in Khula which is considered a one divorce?
Whether the time period of 4 months or 3 Tuhar period apply in case of Khula?
Whether the decision by Federal Shariah Court vide PLD 2014 FSC 43 is as per Quranic injunctions wherein it is adjudicated that the parties may remarry without nikah and hilala even after the lapse of the time frame of Ruju as in Talaq?

In a khula the demand for breaking off the marriage is initiated by the wife. This is the only difference between a khula and a regular divorce. Procedurally everything else remains the same.
