Buy To Let Mortgage UK
Dear Mr Ghamidi,
I acknowledge that in your previous discussions you have clarified that there is no issue taking out a mortgage to buy a house because it is not interest as we understand it. Interest/sood is only applicable on money and not useable items. Are we also ok to take out many buy to let mortgages for the purpose os business and investments? I just wanted you to clarify so my mum has peace of mind.

I’m not sure about the terms of the contract in UK, however, in principle, the question of riba only comes into picture in loan transactions. Mortgage is not considered a loan.
