    Salam aleykum

Eik aurat ne apne chahne wale k sath mil kar 13 saal pehle apne gharwalo ka qatl kara jisme us ladki ne apne walidein, bhai, bhabhi aur bhajiti aur 7 month old bache ka behosh karke gardan ko kaat dala tha, kyunki ghar wale uski pasand ki shaadi Nahi hone de rahe they kuch point arz kara hai hoon.

    (1) 7 logo ki qatl ki wajah ghar walo ki pasand ki shaadi na karne dena.

    (2) usne yeh qatl apne dost k sath mil k kiye aur dono ko 13 saal baad mout ki saza sunayi gayi hai.

    (3) qatl karke jail main jaane k 2 maheene baad hi uski eik aulaad huwi jo nazayaz thi abhi woh taqreeban 12 saal ka beta hai unka agar Inhe saza hoti hai mout kee to woh yateem ho jayega ladki aur uske dost k rishtedaaro ne bache ki zimmedari uthane ko mana Karr diya hai.

    (4) court me pijhle 13 saalo se yeh case chal raha ha is douraan kayi Baar unhe mout ki saza sunayi gayi aur qanooni wajuhaat ki wajah se har baar saza tal gayi, 13 saalo me us qatil aurat aur Mard ne har waqt apna jail me is jehni pareshani me guzara hai k shayad Kal ya kuch aese baad Humein saza e mout milegi aur jail ki pareshaaniya uthayi jo shayad kaafi taqleef daah hoti hain.

Sawal yeh hai k court ko apna kaam karne diya jaye uska jo bhi faisla hoga woh zaroor maana jayega par agar Allah k qanoon k hisaab se faisla ho to faisla kya hoga aese halaat main is sawal ne mere jehan ko pareshaan karr diya hai,

Aur agar in dono Mard aurat ko mout ki saza mil jaati hai is duniya me to kya akhirat me bhi unhe in 7 qatlo ki saza bhugatni hogi,

Allah aur rasool k kanoon k hisaab se batayein inki saza kya honi chahiye

God’s law for us is to obey the court decision. All we know about the hereafter is that no injustice will be rendered to anyone on the day of judgement. Punishment will depend upon many factors, including who forgives whom, how the mercy of God plays a part, whether or not we have anything in our own defense etc. It’s neither possible for us to figure out, nor should it concern us what punishment will be rendered to whom on that day.
