What would the ruling be on someone who enters a contract with someone that says he should be killed.

Would the person who kills him be held accountable for murder?

Or would it be considered a suicide?

I guess the answer would be that the definition of marriage is not upheld by the mutah relation so it would still be zina

What does this have to do with the original question?
