How many rakat should be read in taraweh?
And should women read quran in taraweh or any sort of different surahs are acceptable?

Tarawih is nothing but the Prayer of Tahajjud offered early and there is no restriction w.r.t number of rakats to pray. However, Prophet (sws) used to pray 11 or 13 rakats maximum. But nothing explicit has been prescribed by the Prophet (sws) himself. And also there is no requirement to complete the whole Quran in the same sequence. One can recite any Surah or verses of Quran, the way we do that in our farz salah.
