1. Agar kisi ka qatal kiya ho to in return wo banda qatal kiya ja sakta hay
2. Agar fasad fil ard kr raha ho
Mera sawal yahan ye hay k “fasad fil ard” k zumre may to bohut kuch aa sakta hay.
e.g. agar aik shaks toheen e resalat krta hay aur is harkat ki waja se musalmano may bohut inteshar phelta hay to yahi to fasad fil ard hay halanke ghamidi sb ne toheen e resalat k murtaqib shaks k qatal krne ko negate krne k hawale se ye do conditions batayi.
