Significance Of Qalb- Heart
I have a question on significance that has been given to Qalb( Heart) in our Islamic text. When Prophet Mohamed PBUH went for Mirage , it is stated ( I forgot ) where I read it , that his heart was taken out and washed with Holy water.
Heart is just a pump, shouldn’t the emphasis on mind as this where all thinking happens. But if Islam puts more significance on Qalb, kindly elobrate.
