    Tahajjud-time Of Dua Acceptance

    Assalam u Alaikum everyone.My friend had a question.It is narrated in Ahadith that Allah comes in 1st sky and says that who is there so I may forgive him,who is there so I may grant his wish.But many duas are not accepted on Tahajjud still.

    So why Tahajjud is special,we see no difference between Tahajjud and other times,and if Allah wants us to give what is best for us then why use these re assuring words?
