Is there any independent study as to how much population of the world at anyone time is transgender.
Because If it is 5 % or more than they should have been acknowledged in Quran as another type of humanbeings because islam portrays transgenders as aberration. Or is it that the actual number of born transgenders is very very miniscule and some forces have some hidden agenda to portray transgenders in huge numbers? What’s going on , I am confused ?

There’s no basis for the 5% rule you stated.
Islam doesn’t portray transgenders as aberration or anything else for that matter. Yes, there can be physical defects at birth as is evident from our own experience. However, that’s not any different than other bodily birth defects or illnesses.
