I’ve come to know that there are two versions of tadabbur e quran of molana Islahi ra one is detailed and other one is short. Is it right? If yes then please share a pdf link of that shorter version

I’m not aware of any short version, and I don’t think that Taddabur-e-Quran is available in PDF.
