    Do the things or money given to domestic servants may be considered as sadqa given that salary also paid to them and even some time they tend to exploit us

    Yes, if according to your knowledge they’re deserving then of course it’s considered sadaqa. You can also give them out of your zakat.

    That depends on various factors. Most of the times their word of mouth is all we have, and at other times we can independently verify their need. We’re not required to have conclusive evidence before we help anyone.

    We are asked to not base our decisions on doubts. Unless we have any conclusive evidence, we have to use reasonable judgement and give others the benefit of the doubt.
