Moderator May 12, 2021 at 2:29 pmAllah has made enough arrangement for itmam-e-hujjah to establish on the whole world. Firstly, it is through itmam-e-hujjah of the last Prophet (sws).
Secondly, the responsibility of Shahdah has been given originally to Bani-Ismael, who are responsible to establish this shahdah of Prophet’s itmam-e-hujjah on the rest of the world, which they managed to do so in the early years in accordance with the will and directives of Prophet Muhammad (Sws). In addition to that, Bani-Israel have been kept by Almighty as living proof of Allah’s result of itmam-e-hujjah on them, and they will stay subservient to followers of Prophet Jesus (sws) till the day of judgement.
Thirdly, the scholars of Islam. Their first responsibility is toward their own nation and if they discharge off that responsibility fully, then they can also do dawah to other non-muslim nations as well.
Fourthly, there are common muslims like us. Our first responsibility is our immediate circle and after that, if we get time and resources, we can choose to do dawah in other circles as well.

Moderator May 13, 2021 at 10:47 amWe as common Muslims, our first and foremost responsibility is towards our immediate social circle, and that social circle may include Non-Muslims as well. In addition to this, we can do dawah to Non-Muslims beyond our immediate social sphere. But the latter should not affect the former, which is the primary responsibility of common Muslims. Sharing Quran does count as Dawah.
