Surah Hujurat Verse 11: الاسم الفسوق

Ghamidi Sahab has translated بئس الاسم الفسوقُ بعد الايمان as ایمان کے بعد فسق کا تو نام بھی برا ہے!
I am learning Arabic and as far as I know, مضاف اليه is مجرور. But, at least apparently, الفسوق is مرفوع. Is it مبني? Why isn’t الاسم الفسوق translated as something along the lines of “bad names?”

الاسم الفسوق are صفت و موصوف not مضاف و مضاف الیہ.

Yes, but how can you translate that as فسق كا نام. With صفت و موصوف, shouldn’t it be something along the lines of برے نام? What I wanted to ask was that فسق کا نام seems like posession like in مضاف و مضاف اليه. “Name of evil” should be اسم الفسوقِ, not الاسم الفسوقُ. What do you say?
