My official name is Dhruv which means pole star… But in India there is a fact that Dhruv name guy in history was doing polytheism…can you please tell do I need to change my name? Please check meaning of name in google and let me know is this acceptable name or not

As long as the name itself has no aspect of shirk in it, it doesn’t need to be changed. There are several Muslim names with people in history who have committed shirk.
