Some say the woman body is revealed by the riding(?)even if she initially wear modest.

They should be asked to how should we wear so body is not revealed. Because riding bicycle/vehicle isn’t haram. Maybe @UmerQureshi can answer

As Faisal Sahab and Ali Sahab pointed out, if a woman is wearing modest clothing, then there’s nothing indecent about riding a bicyle. By this logic, women should also not be allowed to walk on the street, as it also reveals their body in some way when they move. These logics are absurd. As long as men and women are complying with the islamic requirements of clothing, they can do any task which is primarily not haram.

Such things generally pertain to a society that you live in as well as their norms. In general, there’s nothing indecent about women riding bicycles.
