what are the believes of Christians at the the time of prophet Muhammad s.a.w does they believe in concept of trinity as they believe today (consider Mariam r.a and Jesus a.s as son and mother of god) or they are believer of one GOD please clarify -

Yes, the concept of Trinity was present in the Arab Christians amongst the direct addressees of Prophet Muhammad. Quran comments on this concept of theirs in verses 4:171 and 5:73.
