Azaan Before Jamaa At Home
In Pakistan I have seen people do a azaan before doing jamaa at any place. In USA I have not seen this. My question
Is it compulsory to perform azaan before jamaa at home?

Adhan is a call to prayer. If you’re praying at home where everybody already knows that salat is being offered in congregation then there’s no need for adhan.

Nor is aqamat compulsory at home for the same reason.
