    Dear Sir,

thank you so much in advance for your cooperation.

Which laws of Islam are forever permanent , and which laws of Islam are not permanent.

The Holy Qur’an clearly states the division of the spoils, but Why Hazrat Umar did not divide the conquered lands of Iraq. How do you justify from Ghamdi’s point of view?

    Best Regards

    Jamil

Please provide proper reference to Quranic verse.

I am giving a general response that the war booty is supposed to be used for welfare of Muslims. The argument of Hazrat Omar has been same that if it was distributed then it will become personal property which will not be used for public benefit.

All the permanent directives find their basis in the Quran and the Sunnah and serve the clear objective of the religion: purification. Laws are not extracted from events since events contain the application of these permanent directives.

I hope that this helps, but if you read Meezan things will become much clearer.
