Jahannam Is "Va'eed" Or "Waada" (promise) ?
I heard in a video of Janah Hasan Ilyas sb. that Dozakh is Allah’s Va’eed while Jannah is Allah’s Waada (promise). Which means that, it someone does kufr then if Allah wish he will forgive him. But in surah Hijr (15) verse 43, it’s mentioned that “And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all.”
Please elaborate this.

Description of Saza/punishment is always a Vaeed by nature. Ghamidi Sahab has explained in the following video why Jahnnum is a Vaeed and not a Waada (Promise).
