Its due to hormonal changes at the time of puberty or hormonal imbalance secondary to medications or some
endocrine disorder
men do have breast tissue like women but they remain rudimentary due to testosterone.
if they become active then it can result in some discharge
it is not najis

What you shared is opinion of jurists, which is based on their ijtihad. However, there’s nothing explicit in the sources (Quran and Sunnah) which declare it Najas. At the end, it comes down to individual’s own sensitivity toward achieving tazkiya, which can vary from individual to individual and sometimes circumstances/situation also play a role.

If by Najas you mean that your Salah will be affected by it or your Wuzu will be invalidated because of it, then no it is not najas.

I mean if theres discharge.do we must wash it or will wuzu and prayer will not be accepted.
