    Removing Of Najasat From Fixed Carpets

    Assalamoalaikum Brothers,

    Have anyone come across a solution mentioned by Ustaz Javaid Sb regarding the removal of Najasat from fixed objects like carpet or mattresses or car seats etc.?

    It is common that our kids sometime makes carpets or mattresses or even car seats wet. To wash these items are sometimes not reasonably practical like carpets fixed to floor or car seats or even mattresses to some extent.

    Is wiping these with water or use of a chemical cleaner or steam clean enough to remove Najasat?

    Anything which can clean the filth and its traces will suffice to make the things clean.

      By removing traces you mean, as far as I can’t see and smell the filth? Is that correct?

    Wet vacuums ( also available in hand held) works great to clean if cannot be washed.
