    Why Is There Starvation When Allah Promised Rizq Of Every Human In Quran

    If Allah has promised provision of Rizq as mentioned in surah Hud, Aya number 6, then why are human beings and animals dying from starvation and thirst?

    I think the promise is conditional upon spending own resources first. Those who do not appreciate, acknowledge and spend the resources in hand e g time, intelligence, health, skills, social connections, etc. they are doomed both in this world and in the hereafter.

    Hope someone will correct me if i am wrong.
