If islam does not recognise marriage between a muslim and a hindu then why can’t such a marriage be deemed illegitimate and both of them as fornicators even if the law of the land recognises them as married couples? Similarly why can’t same sex couples living in countries where homosexual marriages are recognised be charged with fornication? Agar nikah nahi hua ho do logo ke beech mein but registry marriage hai phir bhi Allah ne toh unki shaadi kabul nhi ki toh who badkari kyun nhi kar rhe honge please samjhayein?

I am a student myself. The law of the land has nothing to do with the Allah’s law. Law of the land keep changing, but Allah’s law is eternal. We are here in this world to pass the test that Allah is putting us through. If we want to pass that test then we need to follow Allah’s rules.

Marriage is an open public announcement of entering into a life-long relationship between a man and a woman as husband and wife; as long as this requirement is being fulfilled, the application of adultery cannot apply. Marrying a polytheist is a voilation of one of the directives of Islam, just the way a Muslim during his lifetime violates any other directive of Islam.

Similarly, same-sex couples are involved in Fawahish which is a sin, but it cannnot be equated with adultery (Zina); adultery (Zina) which is a crime in Islam and is punishable has a very specific definition where sexual relationships happen between a male and a female out of wedlock.
