    Assalam O Alaikum

I always see muslim female bloggers on instagram who wear long chains under the hijab this way as shown in the image and obviously non mehrams also see them wearing a neclace

According to Surah noor is this permissible..? As there is no bad intention of sexually attracting the opposite gender…and we see this trend quite often in america

The bosom of woman when adorned, is supposed to be covered before men, as per the instructions of Sura Noor. One gets attracted to it or not, is subjective, different from person to person, the way, a person might not feel dizzy after having a glass of wine, and other may do, but since it leads to the ultimate sin, it is forbidden.

Sir I am not getting the point.

Is to wrong to wear necklaces as same as in the Pictures which are provided here?.

I’ve understood everypoint of Surah noor but not this one.

As you said one gets attracted to it or not is subjective so one can get attracted from women’s eyes, face and also many thing but it doesn’t mean to cover the face.

Also I’ve understood that women’s breast is a private and sexually attractive part that’s why it is need to cover it properly so it comes under the hifz-e-furooz rulings.

So once women cover the main thing which is need to cover and after that if women wear long necklaces then what’s wrong in this?. As mentioned in surah noor , children unaware of women’s nakedness. So how can wearing necklace is related to nakedness?.

Isn’t it is a grey part where one can have different opinions?

Normal or usual attraction of face and eyes is not asked to be covered as it causes hardship which is not there is Islam. This is extra attraction, especially of bosom when adorned comes under guarding the private parts. A man may not be attracted to the adornment on bosom, but another may be. So rule will not be altered for person to person.

However, casual adornment can be ignored.

Now what is casual and what is formal is to be decided by the cultural norms and the person concerned.
