Why Is Alcohol Haram
Alcohol is haram. The reason is that the one can’t recognize btw mother and wife, as i heard.
So if a couple in a room where they live alone in a home can they drink alcohol?

There is no such reason provided by God and his messenger. Alcohol is haram because it is intoxicant, it affects the senses and deprives man of his most precious thing, sensibility, or intellect, that is why it is haram. Its minor amount is haram too, even if it does not make some one dizzy, as general rule does not give such exceptions nor applied person to person, as it opens the gate to excuses.
