انس بن مالک تو مدینہ میں تھے معراج تو مکی ھے اور انس بن مالک رض کی عمر نبی ص کی وفات کے وقت بمشکل 10 یا 12 سال ھو گی تو کیا نبی ص نے اتنی چھوٹی عمر میں صرف انھیں ھی یہ روایت بیان کی تو پھر یہ روایت احاد ھوئی۔ مکی صحابہ رض میں سے کس نے یہی روایت اسی طرح بیان کی ھے ؟؟؟

According to Ghamidi Sahab, this incident narrated by Anas (rta) is not related to the Mairaj that is mentioned in Quran Surah Bani-Israel. They were four separate incidents/experiences of the Prophet Muhammad (Sws). Two of them are mentioned in Surah Najam, third is mentioned in Surah Bani-Israel and the fourth one is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari as referenced by you in your question (https://sunnah.com/bukhari:7517).
It is obvious that Anas (rta) has narrated this experience that he must’ve heard from the Prophet (sws) himself or from someone else.
