What does Islam says about Discipline?
Like having self discipline or practising discipline to pursue a higher goal etc ?
Even ibadat like salah requires disciplined nature sometimes.
Discipline seems to be a critical thing to lead a good life here, does Islam gives some commentary on it ?

The ideas or practices which our intellect suffices to guide, Quran does not make it its subject. Its certain rituals may help discipline a man, but it doesn’t particularly address such things of common sense.
