Assalam o Alaikum!Ghamdi Sahb in his book mentions that Quran is revealed in the language of Quraish i.e. Arabic of Quraish (Arab e Mullah) and he also give reference of a Ayah.

I have a question that is the Arabic of Quraish and Medina is same?

If they are same then why Ghamdi Sahb has only mention that Quran is revealed in Quraish Arabic.

If above is the case then it means Quran is revealed in the language of Makkah and Medina.

Every scripture is revealed in the language of its primary audience. The primary audience of the Quran were the Quraish of Makkah.

    فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَاهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لِتُبَشِّرَ بِهِ الْمُتَّقِينَ وَتُنذِرَ بِهِ قَوْمًا لُّدًّا (97:19)

Thus We have made this [Quran] very easy and apt in your own tongue that through it you may proclaim glad tidings to the upright and fully warn the stubborn. (19:97)

The language of Madina was also Arabic and they could understand the Quran. However, the stylistics of every language somewhat vary in different places. For example, Urdu is spoken in Karachi as well as Lahore. While people in either city can understand each other, they each may have slightly different idioms. When we try to understand any historical texts, it’s important that we know their origins and are familiar with the style of language in that place around the time that those texts were written.
