Assalamualaikum
In situations like when a person doesn’t exactly know if it’s halal or haram, like forexample a burger or roll which had haram meat in it,but if from that one replaces that only haram meat with halal so would it be halal, because it’s s confusion that maybe the juice of meat may have mixed with sauce and so on?

In that case, Deen asks us to refrain from such things. in the Quran in all such cases where there is a confusion because halal and haram like meat of pig, (pis is both a herbivore and carnivore) the verdict is to declare it haram.
