Renting Out Commercial Property To A Tenant Who Sells Alcohol
Buying real estate only. Property include gas station which sell beer. I Will have no control on the business and will not be paying for the business goodwill and inventory. Only buying the property and will collect monthly rent. Property is net lease to 3rd party.
Is this transaction will be religiously ok to do.

In principle, the property owner is not responsible for how the tenant earns his living or what he sells. However, as a personal preference I would stay away from such an investment.
