Why is the Polygamy instruction cannot be understood in such a way that this instruction was for an extra ordinary situation that would no longer applicaple in today’s world?

It was not an instruction at all, it was an encouragement to perform the same act for a good cause, which people had been performing ealier as a part of their societal norms, but restricted it to four maximum.

Achaaaaa..okay..understood..
So after watching all the videos and discussions related to this topic, it can be concluded that today’s generation of ulama / scholars should discourage people from getting married for the second time and always encourage them to get married only once for many reasons. Also it has only 1 companion at a time in Human nature.
And the Qur’an goes on to say that even if one is able to provide financial support, a husband can never give equal emotional support to his wives and then a husband may face a lot of hardships. So indirectly, the Qur’an warned everyone before the second marriage at that time because if a husband fails to provide financial support, Allah will question him and even if he succeeds financially, he will never be able to provide emotional support which will be difficult for him in the end.
