Assalamualaikum
Regrading challmege of Quran Ghamidi sahab writes :
The implication is that if they do not regard this Book to be from God, then they should produce just one sūrah which gives such guidance, discusses such topics, has such style and majesty as this Book. If, according to their view, this task can be accomplished by a person of their nation Muḥammad (sws) who does not have any academic or literary background, then it should not be difficult for them as well.
Like the most argument which is given is of linguistic, that eloquent and rhetoric discourse. But one can say that no one is able to make Shakespeare like discourse?

Nowhere in Quran does it state all the details of the challenge you stated. I think various scholars added those details based on their best judgement (I am not sure on what basis). To me there is no objective argument clarifying the details of the challenge. If someone has an authentic source of such details, please share with me.
