I read a fatwa that if a girl’s parents are sick. Husband can stop his wife from taking care of them if husband’s father is also sick.

Isn’t it injustice to ask to prioritize other’s parents/children when own are need of help?

Where they say if your mother and wife both are sick and you can take care if only one then take care of mother. But for woman choose husband even husband’s parents over own.

If a girl need to choose between husband and mother whom she should choose and whom a Man should choose in such situation?

Such situations cannot be generalized as every situation is different with many different parameters. With that, a general ruling can’t be issued. One must sincerely decide their action in such situations with mutual consultation with their spouse. Both spouses have to keep in mind that all of us will have to justify our actions in the court of God on the Day of Judgement and that no injustice shall be served on that day to anyone.
