There are some places at which we see people don’t allow to take in phones, food or things like that(especially during tourism). So if a person by hiding, take in restricted things, so would Islam say anything about it?

Religion is only concerned when there is any moral aspect involved for example, violation of an agreement, any kind of oppression against another person and usurping rights of someone else etc.
