Arranging Two Taraweeh In The Same Mosque
ASSALAMUALAIKUM
In our mosque the managment they have arranged Taraweeh, but because of some differences a group of people doesn’t pray with management (like management prays last small Surahs of Quran and fast fast, and other group wants to listen Quran properly during Taraweeh). Is it allow?(with evidences)?
If not then if management gives permission to arrange second Taraweeh then does that become allowed in Islam?

Since mosques in most countries are not run under supervision of the state therefore, management can give permission if they want to, this is a purely administrative matter. Had they been run under supervision of the state, then such a decision was upto the state.

First if in a non Muslim country, Muslims have made an association under all the mosques are controlled, so the rulings of state would be applied?
Secondly And in this specific mine situation, if the management of the mosque has implied officially one Taraweeh, so is it allowed to arrange the second one?
And thirdly, for the safety measures like even with the permission of management, would it be recommended to avoid to arrange second Taraweeh for it can cause differences and disagreements among common people (e.g even one have ikhtilaf with the management opinions, but still for mentioned safety measures one should avoid to arrange the second one)?

1) It’s better and recommended to follow rulings of that association, but not obligatory, since it is not under state supervision.
2) This will create discord and chaos when management disallowed and depsite this, someone else is arranging it, threfore it is recommended to not pursue this course of action. Also practically it won’t be possible, since management will make sure to not let that happen.
3) If management allows then one can arrange second Taraweeh. But in case one fears some kind of genuine fasad, then they should use their sense of reasoning and decide whether to pursue with this course of action or avoid it. Considering howmuch Fasad has been despised by Allah in Quran, its better to avoid it when there is even a slight chance for such a chaos to ensue. It is a nafil prayer anyway and its best time is the time of Tahajjud. Therefore, there is no compulsion to arrange a Tarweeh Prayer in the mosque at all costs.
