If you dont agree with the Ghamidi sb argument, follow the one which you find correct. You will be judged according to your own understanding.
Now about your point how is it possible Ghamidi sb can differ from sahaba or tabain. Hassan Ilyas sb replied in recent visit to Karachi in a very good manner. I will just rephrase his words. He said that sahaba and traditional scholars said there is a mathematical error in the inheritence ruling in Surah Nisa which can not be distributed. The solution put fwd was the method of LCM which reduces the amount of actual share prescribed by Quran. Ghamidi sb proved that this understanding was wrong. Quran donot have any mathemaical error.
